Usage:
+selfstat <stat>[(<instance>)]/<type>=[+-]<value>
+selfstat <stat>[(<instance>)]/<type>=
Examples:
+selfstat Strength/Physical=+1
+selfstat Firearms/Skill=-1
+selfstat Status(Ventrue)/Social= (removes the stat)
+selfstat Nature/Personal=Architect
+selfstat Demeanor/Personal=Bon Vivant
Staff command:
+staffstat <character>=<stat>[(<instance>)]/<type>=[+-]<value>
+staffstat <character>=<stat>[(<instance>)]/<type>=
+staffstat <character>=<stat>=<value>
Examples:
+staffstat Bob=Strength/Physical:3
+staffstat Bob=Strength:3 (same as above)
+staffstat Jane=Status(Camarilla):2
+staffstat Mike=Path of Enlightenment:Night
+staffstat Sarah=Nature/Personal:Architect
This version of the selfstat command allows staff to set stats on other characters,
bypassing normal restrictions like character approval status and validation limits.
