Rosters are a way for Directors to manage groups of players. These can be
faction-wide rosters, subgroup-rosters or even rosters cobbled together
from various players cross-sphere.

The /hangouts switch allows you to associate one or more hangouts with a roster.
These hangouts will be displayed in the roster info and serve as the primary
gathering places for the roster's members. Use comma-separated hangout IDs
to specify multiple hangouts (e.g., +roster/hangouts 2=1,3,5).
