List and manage staff members.

Usage:
+staff
+staff/position <account> = <position>
+staff/add <account>
+staff/remove <account>
+staff/duty - Toggle your duty status
+staff/duty on|off - Explicitly set duty status
+staff/dark - Toggle your visibility
+staff/dark on|off - Explicitly set visibility

Switches:
/position - Set the position of a staff member
/add - Add an account to staff
/remove - Remove an account from staff
/duty - Toggle or set duty status
/dark - Toggle or set visibility status
