+boost
Boost physical attributes using supernatural means.
Usage:
+boost <stat>=<amount>[/<description>]
+boost/end <id>
+boost/endall
+boost/refresh - Refresh all active boosts (use after XP spends)
+boosts - List active attribute boosts
+boosts <name> - Staff: View another character's boosts
+boost/set <player>=<stat>/<amount>[/<description>] - Staff: Set boost on player
+boost/remove <player>=<id> - Staff: Remove boost from player
+boost/removeall <player> - Staff: Remove all boosts from player
+boost/rage <stat>=<amount> - Gurahl: Spend Rage to boost Strength or Stamina
+boost/rage health=<amount> - Gurahl: Spend Rage to gain additional health levels

This command allows characters to temporarily boost their stats
based on their supernatural type:
- Vampires: Can boost physical attributes only (Strength, Dexterity, Stamina)
- Shifters with totem: Can boost any stat (attributes, abilities, pools)
- Changelings: Can boost any attribute or ability
- Mages: Can boost any attribute or ability
- Fomori/Kami: Through blessings
- Gurahl: Can spend Rage to boost Strength or Stamina (up to 2x form value)
- Gurahl: Can spend Rage to gain additional health levels
Use +boost/end <id> to end a specific boost early.
Use +boost/endall to end all active boosts.
Use +boost/refresh to refresh boosts after spending XP.
Use +boosts to see active boosts and their IDs.
Staff can use +boosts <name> to view another character's boosts.
