Elegant and yet deadly, the Werecats are one of the most powerful and widespread of the Changing Breed, second only to the Garou, against whom they fought fiercely during the War of Rage. Their diverse tribes have prospered or survived in various parts of the World of Darkness.
- Initial Willpower: 5 (Bubasti, Qualmi), 4 (Bagheera, Pumonca, Swara), 3 (Balam, Ceilican), 2 (Khan, Simba)
- Background Restrictions: Only Khan, Qualmi and Swara can select Ancestors Background. Bastet use Personal Totems instead of Pack Totems. These personal totems are called Jamak. Bastet can also take Secrets and Den-Realm as Backgrounds.
- Beginning Gnosis: 1 (Homid), 3 (Metis), 5 (Feline)
- Beginning Rage: 5 (Khan, Simba), 4 (Balam, Pumonca), 3 (Ceilican), 2 (Bagheera, Qualmi, Swara), 1 (Bubasti)
- Beginning Renown: 3, freely distributed between Ferocity, Cunning and Honor.
- Pryio: Choose one between Daylight, Twilight and Night.
Beginning Gift Choices:
Bastet begin play with three gifts taken respectively from the general, breed and tribe Pools. Khan Bastet affiliated with a Beast Court can replace one of these gifts with a gift from the general Hengeyokai Pool.
