Build Request

Before commencing a build, please open a request and tell us in brief what you would like to do; whether it is related to your character or not, and if so, how; and where on the grid you envisage it being. We will then discuss it with you.,

Once we approve the request, please reply to it with the proposed room names and descriptions. Room descriptions should be kept to about two paragraphs and a maximum of twenty-five lines in total, especially for public rooms. If there is more detail which you wish to give about particular aspects of a room, you can use a "view" for it, which is an object in a room with more detail.

There is no strict upper limit on the number of rooms which can be present in a build. However, keep in mind whether or not they will be used. Generally speaking, liminal spaces such as corridors should be excluded from builds.,

In the first sentence or two of the description of the main room for the build - especially if it is going to be a hangout - please describe in brief where it is and what it looks like from the outside.

• To have a residence in an area, you must meet its resource requirements. Owning a business in an area is more flexible, so a character who has resources 3 might still own a café in a resources 6 area, for example
